What happens after I order?
Here's what happens after you place your order:
1. Order Confirmation
Once you complete your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with all your purchase details, including items, quantity, and shipping address. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.
2. Production
Your order is sent to our trusted fulfillment partners based on what you've ordered:
- Apparel items (T-shirts and travel-themed clothing) are produced by our print-on-demand partner in your geographic region, ensuring high-quality printing of our unique travel-inspired designs.
- Jewelry items are carefully crafted and prepared by our specialized jewelry fulfillment partner.
Each partner is selected for their expertise and commitment to quality.
3. Quality Control
Every item undergoes thorough quality inspection before shipping. We check for any defects or printing errors to ensure each piece meets our premium standards.
4. Packaging
Your items are carefully packaged using secure materials to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
5. Shipping
Once packaged, your order is handed to our trusted shipping partners for delivery. Shipping times vary by location and the method you selected at checkout. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
6. Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use this number on our website or the carrier's site to get real-time delivery updates.
7. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to Contact Us.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
You can easily track your order using these steps:
Step 1: Get Your Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Step 2: Track Your Order
You have two options:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see real-time updates from the carrier
- Log into your account on our website and go to "Order History" to view all your orders and their current status
Step 3: View Order Details
Your tracking page will show:
- Current location of your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Shipping carrier information
- Complete delivery timeline
Note: Tracking information typically appears within 24-48 hours after your order ships. Since we work with fulfillment partners in different regions (for apparel and jewelry), your items may ship separately if you've ordered both types of products.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3-5 business days of placing your order, or if you have questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@globevogue.store and we'll be happy to help.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
We begin processing orders immediately to get them to you as quickly as possible. However, you can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To Cancel Your Order:
- Locate your order confirmation email, which contains your order number
- Contact our customer support team at support@globevogue.store as soon as possible
- Include your order number and clearly state that you want to cancel the order
What Happens Next:
- If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll cancel it and confirm the cancellation via email
- If production has already started with our fulfillment partners (apparel or jewelry), we're unable to cancel the order. In this case, you can return the items once received according to our returns policy
Refund Process:
If your cancellation is successful, we'll initiate the refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
For the fastest response, include "Cancel Order" in your email subject line along with your order number.
Shipping & Processing
Do You Ship Outside The U.S.?
Yes! We ship worldwide to bring our travel-inspired designs to adventurers everywhere. We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and many other countries.
To ensure faster delivery and reduce shipping costs, we work with fulfillment partners in different geographic regions. Your order will be printed and shipped from a location closest to you whenever possible – whether that's North America, Europe, or another region.
Please note: Jewelry items are fulfilled by our specialized jewelry partner and may ship separately from apparel items if you order both types of products.
For specific shipping times and costs to your location, you can view the options at checkout.
When Will My Package Arrive?
All our products are made-to-order by our fulfillment partners after you place your order. This process allows us to create unique travel-inspired designs with no waste while keeping costs down.
Production Time: 2-5 business days
Our partners carefully print your apparel or prepare your jewelry items to ensure premium quality.
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (varies by location)
Delivery time depends on your destination:
- US, UK : typically 3-5 business days
- Canada, Australia, and other international locations: typically 5-7 business days
Total Time: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days from order placement.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Note: If you order both apparel and jewelry, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners and could arrive at different times.
Where Will My Package Ship From?
We work with fulfillment partners in multiple geographic regions to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs for you.
Apparel Items: When you order T-shirts or travel-themed clothing, your items will be printed at the facility closest to your location that has your selected size and color available. This could be in North America, or another region depending on where you're located.
Jewelry Items: Our jewelry is prepared and shipped by our specialized jewelry fulfillment partner.
This regional approach means your order ships from the location nearest to you, reducing delivery time and environmental impact. If you order both apparel and jewelry, they may ship from different locations and arrive separately.
You'll receive tracking information for each shipment via email.
I Have Not Received My Order, What Should I Do?
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn't arrive as expected. Before contacting us, please take these steps:
1. Check Your Tracking Information
Review the tracking details in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest status and delivery updates.
2. Verify Your Delivery Address
Double-check your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping address was entered correctly.
3. Check Around Your Delivery Location
- Ask roommates, family members, or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf
- Check with your apartment office or building management
- Look around your property - sometimes packages are left in safe spots
4. Wait 24-48 Hours
Occasionally, packages are marked as "delivered" before they actually arrive. Give it an extra day or two.
Still Missing?
If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your order, please contact us at support@globevogue.store with:
- Your order number
- Tracking number (from your shipping confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue
We'll investigate with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to locate your package or arrange a solution.
Address Errors: If you discover a mistake in the delivery address you provided, we can send a replacement order, but shipping costs will be at your expense.
I Only Received Part of My Order, Now What?
Don't worry - this is completely normal! Here's why:
Multiple Fulfillment Locations:
If you ordered more than one item, different parts of your order may be produced and shipped from different locations:
- Apparel items are printed by our print-on-demand partners in your geographic region
- Jewelry items are fulfilled by our specialized jewelry partner
- Even multiple apparel items may ship from different facilities based on size and color availability
What to Expect:
You'll receive a separate tracking number email for each shipment. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for all shipping confirmation emails.
Timeline:
Your remaining items should arrive within a few days of your first package, though international shipments may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Still Missing Items?
If it's been more than 10 business days since your order was placed and you haven't received tracking information for all items, please contact us at support@globevogue.store with your order number. We'll check with our fulfillment partners to ensure everything is on its way.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer affordable shipping rates with free shipping on qualifying orders:
- USA: $4.99 USD (Free on orders over $75 USD)
- UK: £3.99 GBP (Free on orders over £75 GBP)
- Canada: $9.99 CAD (Free on orders over $75 CAD)
- Australia & Other Countries: Rates calculated at checkout (Free on orders over $75 USD equivalent)
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note: If you order both apparel and jewelry items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners. In these cases, you'll only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
There's Something Wrong With My Product, What Should I Do?
We're sorry you received a product that didn't meet our quality standards! We're committed to making it right for you.
What to Do:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@globevogue.store

- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue (print quality, damage, incorrect item, sizing issues, etc.)
- A brief description of the problem
What Happens Next:
We'll review the photos and share them with our fulfillment partners' quality assurance teams so they can improve their process. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll offer you:
- A full refund, OR
- A replacement item at no charge
You choose whichever option you prefer. There's no need to return the defective item.
Our Goal:
We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure premium quality, but occasionally issues happen. Your feedback helps us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What Should I Do If I Ordered The Wrong Size And Want An Exchange?
For T-Shirts & Apparel:
Unless it's a custom or personalized item, we can offer an exchange for a different size or color. Please contact us at support@globevogue.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:
- Email us with your order number and the size/color you'd like instead
- We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
- Send back the unworn, unused item with tags in original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send your replacement
Alternative Option:
The fastest way to get your new size is to return your current item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
For Jewelry:
We don't offer exchanges for size changes on jewelry items. Our jewelry return policy only covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.
If you ordered the wrong jewelry size, you can keep the item or gift it, but we're unable to exchange it. We recommend reading the item description carefully before ordering jewelry.
I Changed My Mind, Can I Return The Item For A Refund?
For T-Shirts & Apparel:
Yes! Unless it's a custom or personalized item, we accept returns if you changed your mind. Please contact us at support@globevogue.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
- Send back the unworn, unused item with tags in original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
For Jewelry:
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or changed mind on jewelry items. Our jewelry return policy only covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.
We recommend reading the item description carefully before ordering jewelry to ensure it meets your expectations.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We have different return policies for our apparel and jewelry collections:
T-SHIRT & APPAREL COLLECTION:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility:
Your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
Contact us at support@globevogue.store to start a return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
EU Customers: Under EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification, provided the item meets the conditions above.
JEWELRY COLLECTION:
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items - not for buyer's remorse or size changes.
What We Cover:
- Items arriving damaged
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items sent
What We Don't Cover:
- Changed mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Doesn't match expectations
How to File a Claim:
Email support@globevogue.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days and offer either a free replacement or another item of equal value.
REFUNDS (All Items):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@globevogue.store.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on custom/personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact Us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
