Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2â5 business days. We use print-on-demand fulfillment, so each item is made to order.
Where Will My Order Ship From?
We work with a print-on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide and your order will be printed at the facility closest to your address.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- United States: 5â10 business days
- Europe: 3â7 business days
- UK: 2â5 business days
- Canada: 7â10 business days
- Rest of World: 10â20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Orders over $75 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@globe-vogue.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
My Order Should Be Here By Now, But I Still Don't Have It. What Should I Do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Check with roommates or neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
- Check with your apartment office (if you live in an apartment)
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes a package gets marked as delivered prematurely and arrives the next day
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasnât left at the post office or with your neighbors, please Contact Us with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
