GlobeVogue Shipping Update: Free & Reduced Flat-Rate Delivery

Delivery costs are part of the decision when choosing a new hoodie. We want to make those costs clearer and help cover them where we can.

We are updating shipping for our eligible hoodie range with two approaches: free standard shipping to selected destinations and reduced flat-rate shipping to others. The delivery charge available for your address and basket is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free standard shipping to selected destinations

For eligible hoodie orders sent to a destination covered by our free-shipping offer, choose the free standard shipping option at checkout. We cover the delivery charge for that option, so it is not added to your order total.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible hoodie orders to selected countries. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your destination.

Reduced flat-rate shipping: we share the cost

Some destinations cost more to reach. Rather than passing the full delivery cost on to you, we contribute towards it and offer a reduced shipping charge.

Our reduced rates are based on sharing the shipping cost of a single hoodie. Where a flat rate applies, that same delivery fee covers the eligible basket rather than being charged again for each hoodie. It is not a promise that your charge will equal exactly half of the actual delivery cost for every order size.

What does a flat delivery fee mean?

In our Vietnam checkout test, the eligible delivery fee stayed the same when the basket increased from one hoodie to two and then four. For the tested New Zealand order, our reduced rate was set at US$6.50. These examples illustrate the offer; the amount displayed for your own address and basket at checkout is the amount to review before purchasing.

If your basket contains products outside the eligible hoodie shipping profile, other delivery charges may apply. Please review the complete shipping selection before paying.

Why might my shipping price be shown in another currency?

Your checkout may display prices in your local currency. For example, a shipping rate set in US dollars may appear in New Zealand dollars or Vietnamese dong. Check the currency shown beside your order total when comparing amounts.

How to check delivery for your order

1. Add your chosen hoodies to your basket.
2. Continue to checkout and enter your full delivery address.
3. Review the available delivery options and select the free or reduced-rate option where offered.
4. Check the shipping charge, currency and final order total before paying.

A free or reduced shipping charge does not mean express delivery. Please refer to the delivery information available for your order rather than assuming a faster service.
